A short, guided mindfulness meditation that helps guests pause, settle, and reconnect. This session introduces simple techniques to ease stress and bring clarity. Everyone leaves feeling calmer, clearer, and more present. No experience necessary.

A fully guided, lying-down practice (Yoga Nidra) that supports nervous system regulation, eases stress, and restores balance. Participants leave feeling grounded, centred, and deeply refreshed. No experience needed.

Deep Rest Meditation & Sound Bath
This restorative practice begins with a fully guided Yoga Nidra (Deep Rest Meditation), inviting the nervous system to settle and the body to release tension. As you enter the expansive rest stage of the meditation, the session opens into a live sound bath, carefully layered to deepen and amplify relaxation.

Nature-Based Mindfulness Walk
A mindful walking and meditation experience to bring couples, families, or small groups together in nature. This sensory-rich practice helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself, each other, and the natural world.

In the Flow
Best for: Private events and weddings where you’d like wellbeing gently woven through the celebration.
I’ll help shape the flow of your day by curating sessions that meet the needs of the moment: perhaps a morning mindfulness to arrive with presence, a Deep Rest meditation to release tension the night before, or a gentle yoga practice to close the weekend. You don’t need to decide what’s best: I’ll guide and suggest where wellbeing can bring balance, ease, and connection.

As your wellbeing partner, I curate a complete program aligned with your theme and culture.
