    5 Minutes To Breathe & Recharge

    This gentle meditation invites you to connect with your breath through the felt sense and the simple mantra: 'I am breathing in, I am breathing out'. Ground yourself in the present moment and welcome a sense of ease. Create space to feel more settled, refreshed, and at home within yourself. An accessible practice to quickly reduce stress, and perfect for whenever you need a moment to pause.

We can start from step 1, or jump straight to step 3 where you’ll receive bespoke meditation classes made just for you.

(1) Setting Your Intention

We’ll start with a grounding meditation to help us both arrive in the present moment. Then we’ll dive into a relaxed and open conversation to explore where you are at and what you’re looking for in your meditation practice.

Together we’ll uncover what’s going on for you right now, how you feel about yourself, and what outcomes you’d like to achieve.

We’ll also identify any challenges or obstacles standing in your way, creating a clear picture of how we can shape your meditation journey.

We’ll be setting the foundation for a personal meditation practice that truly serves you.

(2) Creating Your Meditation Space

We’ll focus on creating a meditation space that feels uniquely yours. One that invites calm, comfort and invites you to the meditation seat anytime you pass by.

I’ll help you find the best setup for your practice, whether it’s with props I bring along for you to try, or by helping you identify the perfect spot in your home to ground your practice.

We can also explore the idea of creating an alter to yourself, incorporating items that inspire and ground you.

You’ll receive a 5 minute and 10 minute recorded meditation to help you settle into your space, giving you the chance to observe what works and what might need adjusting.

This step is all about laying a strong, supportive foundation for you and your practice to flourish.

(3) Your Personal Meditation Practice

Each 1:1 session is crafted specifically for you, based on your goals, needs and the insights we’ve gathered so far.

Together we’ll explore techniques and practices that align with where you are and where you’d like to be.

You’ll have the option to join me for regular live 1:1 sessions, giving you consistent guidance and space to grow, or receive a tailed package of recorded meditations created exclusively for you.

These recordings can support your practice anytime, offering you flexibility and continuity as you deepen your journey.

This is your time to pause, reflect and nurture your mind and spirit.
