In this fully guided, lying-down meditation, you’ll be supported into a state of conscious rest. Using the foundations of Yoga Nidra, the practice offers a pathway to reconnect with the part of you that doesn’t need to strive or do.

A 4-Week Introduction to Meditation
A gentle, supportive space to explore meditation and mindfulness.
This 4-week series is designed for beginners who want to develop a regular meditation practice, feel more present, and bring mindfulness into daily life. Each session provides practical tools, guided meditations, and space for reflection, helping you build confidence and ease in your practice.
What’s Included:
4 x 1-hour group sessions (weekly, in-person or via Zoom)
Weekly 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation (separate session, in-person or online)
A variety of meditation techniques including breath awareness, open awareness, body scan, and metta (loving-kindness)
Practical ways to integrate mindfulness into daily life
Support for overcoming common challenges like distractions or self-doubt
No prior experience is needed.
