  • Wild Nidra: A Forest Bathing + Deep Rest Experience

    An invitation to experience the quiet therapy of the forest and the nourishing rest of Yoga Nidra.

    Nestled at the edge of Wombat State Forest (on private property), this Yoga Nidra practice invites you to slow down and experience deep rest surrounded by native flora, fauna and fungi. You’ll be held by the land as you’re guided through a restorative and nurturing journey back to yourself.

  • Deep Rest Meditation @ 29 Kyneton

    Deep Rest Meditation is a fully guided, lying-down practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner calm. Each session invites you to turn your attention inward and shift from doing and thinking to simply being.

    Grounded in the restorative principles of Yoga Nidra, this practice offers conscious rest through a blend of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and deep relaxation.

    Held in the peaceful upstairs space at 29 in Kyneton, these Tuesday evening sessions offer a quiet refuge. A place to slow down, soften, and just be.
