Astro Nidra Under The Stars
Step into the stillness of the forest for a soulful evening of connection, reflection, and deep rest.
Hosted on private bushland in the Macedon Ranges, Astro Nidra Under the Stars invites you to slow down and realign under the night sky. Surrounded by nature and warmed by the glow of a campfire, this unique experience weaves together a heart-opening cacao ceremony, astrological insight, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation.
You’ll explore the current astrological energies and what they mean for you, then be guided through a nourishing meditation designed to calm the nervous system, reset the mind, and integrate intention. A supportive space to reconnect with yourself, the earth, and the wider rhythms of life.
What’s Included:
• Welcome and cacao ceremony by firelight
• Astrological insights, reflections and intentions
• Guided Yoga Nidra meditation (lying down, deeply restful)
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or something to lie on
• Warm layers, blanket, socks, beanie
• Mug for cacao
• Water bottle
• Anything else that helps you feel cosy and relaxed

This event is held outdoors on private bushland. In the event of heavy rain or strong winds, it will be rescheduled to Saturday 12 July. Full refunds are available if you can’t make the new date. By attending, you acknowledge this is a natural setting and accept responsibility for your own safety around uneven ground, wildlife, and trees.

A supportive 4-week series designed to help you build your own mindfulness meditation practice.
Each week, you’ll explore a different anchor point (breath, body, thoughts, open awareness), try various meditation styles and postures, and receive simple tools to bring more calm, clarity, and connection into daily life.
A great space for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their practice with guidance, reflection, and time to pause.

• 4 × 60minute online sessions (1 per week)
• 4 guided meditations each week
• Practical tools, journaling prompts & Q&A time
• Support to build a meditation practice that works for you

A gentle, supportive space to explore meditation and mindfulness.
This 4-week series is designed for beginners who want to develop a regular meditation practice, feel more present, and bring mindfulness into daily life. Each session provides practical tools, guided meditations, and space for reflection, helping you build confidence and ease in your practice.
What’s Included:
4 x 1-hour group sessions (weekly, in-person or via Zoom)
Weekly 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation (separate session, in-person or online)
A variety of meditation techniques including breath awareness, open awareness, body scan, and metta (loving-kindness)
Practical ways to integrate mindfulness into daily life
Support for overcoming common challenges like distractions or self-doubt
No prior experience is needed.
