Wellbeing Packages

Curated Reset
Best for: Teams who want one wellbeing moment but aren’t sure which session to choose.
I’ll select and guide the most suitable practice for your event, based on your goals, schedule, and audience. Whether the group needs calm, energy, or reflection, I’ll tailor the session to create the right reset.
Woven Wellbeing
Best for: Conferences and offsites where wellbeing is integrated throughout the program.
We can thread sessions into your agenda perhaps starting the day with mindfulness, adding a restorative Deep Rest after a big keynote, or closing the day with restorative yoga. These practices help offset intensity, sustain energy, and keep participants engaged.
Full Wellbeing Partner
Best for: Multi-day retreats, strategy offsites, or high-pressure events.
As your wellbeing partner, I curate a complete program aligned with your theme and culture. This might include: a welcome meditation on arrival, daily sessions tailored to your team’s energy, and even extras like room-drop meditations or reflective closing practices. You’ll have one consistent facilitator and a single point of contact for everything.
