Deep Rest Meditation is a fully guided, lying-down practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner calm. Each session invites you to turn your attention inward and shift from doing and thinking to simply being.
Grounded in the restorative principles of Yoga Nidra, this practice offers conscious rest through a blend of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and deep relaxation.
Held in the peaceful upstairs space at 29 in Kyneton, these Tuesday evening sessions offer a quiet refuge. A place to slow down, soften, and just be.

In this meditation series we explore ways to slow racing thoughts, release tension from the body, and reconnect with our own internal source of calm.
The tools you build here are simple, practical, and lasting.
With regular practice, you’ll find it easier to steady your mind during exams, maintain focus when distractions arise, and recover more quickly when stress feels heavy.

Wild Nidra: Forest Bathing Meets Deep Rest
Step away from the noise and into nature’s embrace.
Wild Nidra is a 2-hour experience that weaves together the grounding benefits of forest bathing with the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra (a lying down meditation). Nestled on private bushland at the edge of Wombat State Forest, you’ll be guided to slow down, connect with the natural world, and return to yourself.
We’ll begin by arriving gently to the forest, feeling the ground, breathing the fresh air and noticing what’s around and within. From there, we create our rest nests (with blankets and pillows) amongst the flora, fungi, and birdsong, and settle into a guided Nidra practice that has been created to soothe the nervous system and invite deep, nurturing rest.
This is for you if you’re craving stillness, rest and reconnection with yourself and with nature.

7am Tuesdays AEST
Each week we explore mindfulness practices that invite self-care, warmth, and compassion, helping you soften into the moment and simply be.
No matter where you are in the world or what time it is, we all need moments to pause, breathe, and offer ourselves kindness.
This meditation session is open to everyone.

Deep Rest @ Home is a guided Yoga Nidra meditation designed to support deep relaxation.
We connect together, then I guide the group into the meditation. There is nothing you need to do, and it's ok to fall asleep.
Perfect for winding down at the end of the day or creating a spacious pause midweek. You can listen from bed, the couch, or wherever you feel comfortable.
A simple, supportive way to care for yourself, especially when life feels full.
